La Pirogue is set in 30 acres of tropical gardens, a short distance from the tourist centre of Flic en Flac, and is the sister hotel to Sugar Beach.

The main building's distinctive roof was designed to resemble a pirogue (local fishing boat) with billowing sail and the thatched cottage accommodation continues this theme.

248 air-conditioned rooms with bath, shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini bar, tea/coffee facilities, safe and patio. Standard rooms are in semi-detached cottages (some interconnecting) and larger superior rooms are individual cottages closer to the sea.
