Most of the islands featured by us have diving schools and all necessary equipment is available for hire. The schools are run by professional instructors. Diving under 30 metres is not permitted.

A word of warning about The Maldives! In keeping with Muslim religion, nudism is banned and the import of alcohol is strictly forbidden, although it is available to visitors in the resorts.
