Located in the North Male Atoll, this 70 acre island offers a traditional taste of Maldivian hospitality. The Meeru Resort comprises Land Villas, Whirlpool Villas, Water Villas and Whirlpool Water Villas.

There are two main restaurants, Farivalhu for those staying on the south of the island and Maalan for those on the north. In addition, there are optional a la carte restaurants including the Hungaanu Coffee shop, the new over-water Asian Wok, and The Hagern serving grilled specialities.

An unusual feature of this island resort are the Honeymoon Suites which are set in the middle of the lagoon and can only be reached by a short Dhoni ride. Each suite has a four poster bed, bathtub and separate living/dining area.
