Dubai

A fascinating and captivating city, Dubai offers the most comprehensive holiday destination.

Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, is the largest and richest state in the Emirates and is widely known as the ‘Garden City of the Gulf’. Abu Dhabi began as a tiny centre for fishing and pearl diving on a small island but now is one of the world’s most modern and cleanest cities. It boasts an immense corniche, wide range of deluxe hotels, ornate mosques, beautiful beaches, a crime-safe environment and many exciting excursions into the desert.

Ajman

One of the smallest Emirates, Ajman does not have the benefit of oil so retains an old style still reliant on fishing. For the visitor, Ajman provides an insight into the Emirates ‘as they used to be’ and is an interesting alternative to its sister states. Located some ten minutes drive north of Sharjah and twenty five minutes north of Dubai, visitors are never far from the bright lights and modernity of the oil producing states, if required.

Ras Al Khaimah

On the northern coast of the United Arab Emirates, Ras Al Khaimah is a quiet little Emirate dotted with forts, old villages, watch towers and coconut groves.
Bordered by mountains and the ever inviting sea, it is an Emirate that again offers something totally different to its sister states. Dubai is just an hour’s drive away.

Fujairah

Set on the unspolit east coast of the United Arab Emirates, Fujairah faces the Gulf of Oman and the Indian Ocean. Ancient forts, steep mountains, valleys, hot springs and waterfalls together with sandy beaches and sleepy fishing villages and the best diving in the UAE makes Fujairah yet again a different holiday experience.

The month of RAMADAN

All the Emirates have a cosmopolitan lifestyle and contrary to popular belief alchohol is available in hotels. During the month of Ramadan (a given date in September - to the same given date in October), there will be some restrictions and alcohol may only be available in hotel rooms. Some restaurant usage may also be restricted. As a general guide it is considered disrespectful to eat, drink or smoke in public during daylight hours.
